  • Rs. 50 can be contributed for ID card creation.
  • Please submit your ID card to General Office, if you/us have decided to terminate your commitment with us. Any abuse of ID card is strictly prohibited.
  • The ID card is issued to only official staff of Asha Seva Kendra.
